About me and my practice
Whether you are feeling down, anxious or just need to talk, I can give you the time and space you need and help you to make sense of the challenges you may be facing. I offer short term counselling as well as long term psychotherapy.
I am an integrative therapist which means that I can draw upon a wide range of skills and experience to apply what is best suited for your needs. My core training in Mindfulness based experiential therapy along with training in modalities using neuroscience, enables me to integrate modern scientific research with proven traditional therapeutic techniques. I also utilise techniques such as play and art therapy to create a nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people, ensuring a safe space to facilitate the exploration of feelings and experiences. My goal is to promote emotional well-being and help children and adolescents develop healthy coping mechanisms to navigate the challenges they may be facing. I do not use the one glove fits all approach the therapy you receive will be tailored to your needs and desired outcomes. My therapeutic services are available to Adults, EAP, Older adults, Trainees, Young people and children.
I am a registered member of the BACP & an accredited member of the NCS.
I offer an initial 25 minute consultation session where we get to find out more about each other. I will only offer you on-going sessions if I am confident that I can offer what you require - however if I feel that there is a service better suited to your situation or circumstance that I do not offer I will point you in the right direction.
I have availability for flexible timings for sessions and my prices start at £100 for a 50 minute session. I do also offer a limited number of concessionary rate sessions.
